Originally a subsidiary of Tufts' Health, then spun out as stand alone entity that partnered with insurance companies to provide marketing and workers’ comp administrative services.

  • Created diversification strategy and led product development that moved the organization from a one product platform to multiple products serving different market segments.
  • Started two new companies: The Total Health Plan, a managed care/indemnity hybrid health plan and ManagedComp, a managed care workers’ compensation administrator. Each has annual premium volume that exceeds $200,000,000.

This plastics manufacturer offered a product line that ranged from sailboards and small boats to sub-contract plastic parts for the aircraft industry.

  • Started up and directed all operations.
